After collecting the twigs and branches, dry them in shaded, dry, well-ventilated rooms.
Create the whisk by putting the thicker twigs in the center and the thin, elastic twigs woven around the outside towards the center. These whisks should be lightweight, around 25-35 centimeters in length. Before using the whisk made from dried twigs, rinse it several times in warm water, then soak it in hot water for 10-15 minutes. If it is not soft enough, repeat this last process. Start from the upper part of the body, from the neck, and work your way down to the ankles, first on the back, then on the front. Lightly hit each area of the body for about a minute with the whisk.
Once the body is warmed up and accustomed to the massage, the whisk can be used with stronger strokes, depending on each person’s tolerance, massaging each area of the body for about two minutes: neck, back, buttocks, thighs, calves, and heels. From time to time, dip the whisk into a basin of cold water for a light cool down of the body and to avoid overheating the muscles and joints.

- Aging Skin – Mix four tablespoons of thick sour cream with three tablespoons of crushed strawberry paste (well-mashed fruit). Gently massage into the skin for 10 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water.
- Toning Skin Mask – Combine one egg yolk, one tablespoon of brewer’s yeast, and one teaspoon of vegetable oil until well mixed. Apply to the skin and leave to act for 10-15 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water.
