1. Healing Color Red
The healing color red corresponds to the first energy center, the so-called root chakra, located in the lower back and along the legs, related to the urinary tract, the colon, and the tailbone. 3. Healing Color Yellow
The color of the sun, celebration, and joy, yellow is the symbol of life. It corresponds to the third energy center, the solar plexus, where the diaphragm, the respiratory muscle is located and is the center of emotions and vital force. Digestive problems and eating disorders are related to this energy center. On an emotional level, if you have self-esteem issues, lack confidence in yourself, and feel your personal power is weak, you may have an imbalanced solar plexus chakra.
How to Use Color Yellow to Heal
Imagine the color yellow inveiling your solar plexus areas, and enjoy the calm and serenity it brings. Imagine it as a beautiful sunflower. Feel how the sunflower opens with every breath you take and how it brings you calmness and inner light.

Imagine that you are walking in a meadow, contemplating the welcoming nature that invigorates you. You feel good and safe.
Surround your heart with this natural green color. Allow your lungs to fill with stillness, and you will find a sense of love and compassion for yourself and others.
5. Healing Color Blue
The color blue corresponds to the throat chakra, which is related to expression and communication. If you experience frequent throat problems, as well as problems with the teeth, gums, or mouth, you may have an imbalanced sacral chakra. More so, if you have issues expressing yourself verbally, such as dominating conversations, gossiping, speaking without thinking, and not being able to speak your mind, the chances are high that you have an imbalanced throat chakra.

Direct your attention to your own neck and visualize the color blue, like the sea, like the clear sky. Feel how your neck is no longer tense, but rather relaxed, and enjoy the calm that this relaxation causes. It’s a silence that will allow you to express yourself freely, to communicate with confidence. Repeat this visualization exercise until you feel your words flow freely, speak your personal truth with good intentions and self-confidence.
6. Healing Color Indigo
Color indigo corresponds to the third eye chakra, the chakra of meditation, and of clairvoyance. When you experience frequent headaches or migraines, concentration, hearing problems, brain fog, and unclear thinking, chances are high that you have an imbalanced third eye chakra. If you have a hard time following your intuition, that very soft inner voice, are stuck in the rational physical mind, are cynical, and believe there’s nothing more than meets the two physical eyes, chances are you have an imbalanced third eye chakra.
How to Use Color Indigo to Heal
Focus your attention on the point in the middle of your forehead. Visualize the indigo color in the middle of the forehead, and let it radiate. Let your imagination run wild for a few moments. Gradually, your thoughts calm down, your forehead relaxes and you are as calm as you can possibly be.
7. Healing Color White
White is the highest vibrational color, as it contains all the other colors in it. It corresponds to the crown chakra located at the top of the head, the center of your spirituality, and it represents purity, serenity, innocence, and balance. The crown chakra is linked to all the other six chakras (and therefore to every organ), and so it affects not just all of those organs, but also the brain and nervous system. An unbalanced crown chakra is seen in people who are narrow-minded, skeptical, or stubborn in what they believe, even when it’s mathematically impossible.
How to Use Color White to Heal
You can easily fix an unbalanced crown chakra with color therapy. Visualize a white beam of light rising from the top of your head and into the ether. Feel the lightness and inner peace that the white color creates within you. Now you are ready to expand your awareness and see things more clearly from a higher perspective.
